The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "666sx" / "Platform" refers to the online gambling platform operated at 666sx.org and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and APIs.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the 666sx platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's 666sx Account, including real-money balance and any active bonus balance.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to credits awarded by 666sx under promotional terms, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bitcoin, USDT, ETH, or any other approved payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the multiple of a bonus amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any stake placed on a casino game, sports market, live dealer table, or crash game outcome using funds in a Player's 666sx Account.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required before withdrawal processing is authorised.
• "RNG" (Random Number Generator) refers to the certified software system that determines outcomes for all non-live casino and slot games on the 666sx platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to the voluntary restriction mechanism through which a Player may temporarily or permanently block access to their 666sx Account.

Access to and use of 666sx is conditioned entirely upon your acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply from the moment you visit 666sx.org, whether or not you register an account. By continuing to use the platform after any revision to these Terms is published, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 666sx platform and close any account you have registered. Continued use constitutes irrevocable acceptance.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with 666sx's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall legal agreement between 666sx and you.

To register and use a 666sx Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the term of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual, on your own behalf, and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person or entity.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, including but not limited to the United States of America, the United Kingdom (without appropriate licensing), France, Israel, and any other jurisdiction listed in 666sx's restricted territory register.
• You do not currently hold another active 666sx Account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 666sx platform at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 666sx or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or any other anonymisation technology to mask a restricted jurisdiction at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Provision of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 666sx Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

666sx will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purportedly from 666sx should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• You must notify 666sx support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All activity conducted through your 666sx Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify 666sx of unauthorised access and 666sx has confirmed the account has been secured.
• 666sx recommends enabling 2FA on your account. This feature is available in your Account Settings and adds a significant layer of protection against unauthorised access.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as disclosed in the 666sx fee schedule. You will receive advance notification before any inactivity fee is applied.

666sx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that security has been compromised, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where these Terms have been violated.

666sx accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (bank transfer), UBL (bank transfer), Meezan Bank (bank transfer), Bitcoin (BTC), USDT TRC-20, USDT ERC-20, and Ethereum (ETH). The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account status at any given time.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page within your 666sx Account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted from time to time. Mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) carry a minimum of Rs 200. Bank transfer deposits carry a minimum of Rs 1,000. Cryptocurrency deposits carry no minimum threshold.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets that belong to and are in the name of the registered 666sx Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits funded by credit card, unauthorised third-party services, or funds derived from criminal activity will be reversed and reported to relevant authorities.
• 666sx applies no fees to deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. 666sx is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment services.
• Deposits credited to a 666sx Account may not be reversed or refunded once wagering has commenced using those funds.
• All amounts are processed in and converted to the platform's base currency as applicable. Conversion rates are applied at the time of transaction processing.

Withdrawals from a 666sx Account are available to players who have completed the required KYC identity verification process. First-time withdrawals require submission and approval of identity documents (government-issued photo ID and a recent selfie). Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts are processed without additional document requirements unless circumstances change.

Withdrawal processing targets are as follows (targets are not guarantees; delays may occur due to KYC requirements, compliance reviews, payment provider delays, or public holidays):

• USDT TRC-20: Target under 5 minutes from approval
• Bitcoin / ETH: Target under 30 minutes from approval
• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Target under 30 minutes from approval
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank transfer: Target 1–4 business hours from approval

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. In cases where this is not possible, 666sx will request documentary evidence that the withdrawal destination belongs to the registered account holder.

666sx offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page and must be read before claiming any bonus.

The following general bonus rules apply across all 666sx promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 or over who have not self-excluded or had their account restricted.
• Each bonus may be claimed only once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Unmet requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus and bonus-derived winnings.
• 666sx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice in cases of abuse, technical error, or regulatory requirement.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim duplicate bonuses, arbitrage betting designed to clear wagering requirements at minimum risk, or collusion — will result in immediate account suspension and full forfeiture of all funds.
• Certain game categories (typically live casino games) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirement completion. Contribution rates are disclosed on each promotion page.

All bets and wagers placed on 666sx are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game, sport, or event. These rules are displayed within each game interface or sports market. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand applicable game rules before placing any wager.

With respect to sports betting on 666sx:

• All odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. The odds displayed at time of bet placement and confirmation are the final odds applied to that wager.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed before suspension are not affected; new bets cannot be placed while markets are suspended.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary based on event type, player account tier, and other factors.
• 666sx reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the outcome was known or could reasonably have been known before bet placement, or where irregular betting patterns indicating match fixing or inside information are detected.
• PSL, ICC tournament, and other cricket markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, 666sx's specific match abandonment rules (published on the sportsbook rules page) will apply.

With respect to casino and slot games, all outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology. 666sx does not and cannot influence or manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) values are independently certified and accurate.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 666sx platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, resulting in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one (1) account on the 666sx platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other software to interact with the 666sx platform in a way that simulates human player activity or gains an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such vulnerability must be reported to 666sx support immediately upon discovery.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live dealer, or any other competitive game format.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illicit source to fund a 666sx Account.
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other circumvention technology.
• Making chargebacks on valid deposits. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent, all funds will be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.
• Any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abuse directed at 666sx support staff or other players through any communication channel.

666sx is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy, and never a means of resolving financial difficulties. 666sx operates under a licensed framework that mandates the provision of responsible gaming tools to all registered players.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to every 666sx Account holder at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the threshold is reached, further betting is blocked until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration. 666sx will log you out automatically when the limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders displaying total wagered, total won, total lost, and session duration during active play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily block access to your 666sx Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

All content on the 666sx platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, software, code, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of 666sx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 666sx platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any portion of the 666sx platform or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technical systems underlying the 666sx platform.
• Create derivative works based on any 666sx content without express written consent from 666sx.
• Use any 666sx trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666sx, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the 666sx platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to platform downtime, technical errors, or RNG system failures.
• Loss of data or Account content resulting from unauthorised access, system failure, or interruption of service.
• Reliance on any information published on the 666sx platform, including odds, game RTP values, or promotional terms that are subject to change.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by payment providers, blockchain network congestion, or banking system delays beyond 666sx's reasonable control.

Where local laws do not permit the limitation of liability described above, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by those laws. In no event shall 666sx's aggregate liability to any individual player exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 666sx Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

666sx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected, or where continued access poses a risk to the platform or other players.

In the event of Account termination by 666sx for cause (breach of Terms, fraud, or illegal activity), any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited in full, and 666sx reserves the right to pursue recovery of any losses or damages caused by the Player's conduct.

In the event of Account closure for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (e.g., 666sx ceasing operations in a market), the Player will be notified in advance and their Real Money Balance will be returned to the originating payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your 666sx Account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending wagers will be settled in accordance with normal rules before the account is closed. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your nominated payment method after applicable KYC verification.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 666sx holds its gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and 666sx, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting 666sx customer support via live chat or email. 666sx will endeavour to resolve all legitimate disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration institution, as specified by 666sx's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

666sx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication of the updated Terms on the 666sx website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision date.

For material changes that significantly affect Player rights or obligations, 666sx will provide advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account, or via an in-platform notification visible upon your next login. It is your responsibility to keep your registered email address current and to review the Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the 666sx platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.
